1. Find "SpamExperts" from the Mail section 

2. Click Login, if needed

3. On the left side panel, find Spam quarantine (in the Incoming section)

4. Check to see if there are any messages from Jim Edwards

5. If yes, then check the box at left and use the little down arrow for the drop-down choices - choose "whitelist sender"  and confirm your choice

All future messages should now come into your inbox. 

If not on cPanel with "SpamExperts" look for a similar spam app and you'll go through similar steps to whitelist our email address (jimedwards.do-not-reply@ebookfire.com)

NOTE: Depending on your app, you can release the existing email from quarantine and get them sent to your inbox.
