Thank you for helping us to create a file to help debug why you are getting the ERR_SSL_ERROR_PROTOCOL in your Chrome browser. If you need instructions for other browsers, please see the link at the end.


The steps to create the HAR.

1. Open a new tab

2. Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner.

3. Click on more tools

4. Click on developer tools

5. Click on Network

6. Make sure Preserve log is checked

7. Click on Record

8. Go to https://insanebonuses.com or https://members.insanebonuses.com (please use the URL where you had trouble)

9. Let record a few seconds

10. Click on the now gray dot that was red before you clicked on it to record.

11. Event logs will appear in a few seconds.

12. If you have the word Headers and don't see a column with the word Initiator, located the white with orange background x. Click on this and you should see Initiator.

13. Right click or Ctrl + Click on a underline word in the Initiator Column. 

14. Choose "Save All as HAR with Content"

15. If you can't attach the file to your ticket, please let us know and we'll send you instructions on how to get it to us.
