When you downloaded the script to your Mac, did a window open with the Star Story Solution Script icon, an arrow, and the application folder icon appear when you clicked on the Star Story Solution Script dmg file in your downloads?
If it did, please drag the Star Story Solution Script icon over the arrow and drop into the Application Folder. This will install the script. Please do not open the script from that window. Once it has installed, open a finder folder. Browse to applications, browse to the Star Story Solution Script.
Click on the Star Story Solution Script. It will open with a EULA. Click on Agree. It will then ask you to verify the software. Please use the same username and password as your access to the FunnelScripts.com dashboard.
